WT-6025 High Power Sheet Metal Laser Cutter, Fully Enclosed
The WT-6025 is a fully enclosed laser cutting machine with an exchange table for sheets up to 2550 × 6050 mm and power from 6,000 to 30,000 W.

Overview
The WT-6025 is a fully enclosed sheet metal laser cutting machine with an exchange table, a working format of 2550 × 6050 mm and a power range from 6,000 to 30,000 W. Together with the 12 m WT-12025 it sits at the heavy end of the five-model range.
Fully enclosed: the cutting area is inside a cabinet. In practice you work around the enclosure rather than beside an open table, and the exchange table carries sheets in and out. High power changes the planning too. A machine offered up to 30,000 W starts a different electrical, cooling and floor-space conversation than one stopping at 12,000 W, so expect questions from us about the workshop.
Unsure you need this much machine? Begin with the sheet. A part list that never passes 4050 mm doesn't need a 6050 mm bed, and a shop that never cuts above 12 kW has no use for the upper half of this power range. The WT-4020 is the smaller route. The bed size guide shows both formats to scale.

Parameters from the WISECUT website parameter table (template values; to be replaced by the official model table). Final specification is confirmed in the quotation.
Misaligned on the website: the table behind the WT-6025 page lists model code WT4020JH, a 2050 × 4050 mm working size and a 12000 W laser, which does not match the format and power range given on this page. It is reproduced as published and will be replaced by the official model table; the format and power above and the quotation take precedence.
Features
- Fully enclosed cutting area.
- Exchange table, so sheets are handled beside the cutting area.
- A 2550 × 6050 mm bed, long enough for parts that overrun the 4050 mm of the WT-4020.
- 6,000 to 30,000 W: the range for buyers who need more than 12 kW.
Where it is used
- Sheets and plate up to 2550 × 6050 mm, cut with the cutting area closed in.
- Buyers who already know they need power above 12 kW. Only the WT-6025 and WT-12025 are offered that high.
- Fabricators whose floor plan favours an enclosed machine, with room around the cabinet for handling sheets this size.
- Project planning. One buyer's guide lists what the facility has to cover before delivery (electrical work, extraction, foundation, floor space) and asks suppliers for a written installation requirement document. Worth reading before the site visit: Durma's buyer's guide.
Check before you order
- Larger format and higher power change foundation, power supply and floor-space needs — send the workshop details.
- Exchange table runs alongside the enclosure; sheet handling at 2550 × 6050 mm should be planned.
- Compact alternative: the WT-3015S is enclosed too, in a 1550 × 3050 mm format.
FAQ
What is the difference between the WT-6025 and the WT-4020?
The WT-6025 is fully enclosed, offered from 6,000 to 30,000 W, in a 2550 × 6050 mm format. The WT-4020 is an open frame, offered from 3,000 to 12,000 W, in 2050 × 4050 mm. Both have exchange tables. The WT-4020 page has the other side of the comparison.
Do I need to prepare the workshop for a machine this size?
Yes. A bigger format and higher power change the floor, the power supply and the space around the machine. Send the workshop details along with the sheet size, and we'll tell you what we still need to see before the quotation is final.
Is there a larger machine?
The WT-12025 takes sheets and plate up to 2550 × 12050 mm. Its page is here.
Is the exchange table an automatic loader?
No. It's a second platform. Loading and unloading are still done by your team or by a separate automatic system, which the auto feeder page describes.
How do I get a cutting thickness for my material?
Tell us the material and the thickest sheet you cut regularly. We don't print a thickness per model, because it moves with power and configuration, so we confirm it in the quotation. A sample cut on your own part is the stronger proof.
