- Training and remote supportOperator training and remote support for commissioning and daily use. Engineers plan one to two visits a year, as needed.

Delivery, payment and warranty
As stated on our website. Confirmed in each quotation.
- Delivery time
- Usually within 30 working days after the advance payment is received (website statement; confirmed per order in the quotation).
- Payment
- Typically 50% T/T before production and 50% before delivery (website statement; final terms in the quotation).
- Warranty
- A global warranty is available for the laser source. The warranty period is not published and is confirmed in the quotation.
