Bed size guide
Laser Cutting Bed Size Guide for Sheet Metal
Model codes such as 1530 or 6025 are shorthand for the bed. This guide shows what the numbers mean for five WISECUT machines and lets you test your own sheet.

What the model number says
- 1530WT-1530 · WT-3015S1550 × 3050 mm
- 4020WT-40202050 × 4050 mm
- 6025WT-60252550 × 6050 mm
- 12025WT-120252550 × 12050 mm
For these five models the digits of the code track the working format. The exact working formats are the millimetre values shown.
The formats to scale
Short side × long side. Each rectangle is a working area, drawn with the same scale as the others.
Four questions, five machines
Answer what you know. Machines that do not fit are dimmed, with the reason. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Format is the machine working area. Leave margin for clamping and confirm your exact sheet in the quote. Cut thickness depends on material and configuration and is confirmed in the quotation.
Before you settle on a size
- Use your real largest sheet, not the standard size you hope to buy.
- Leave margin for clamping and for the nesting of parts.
- Long parts matter as much as wide sheets: a 4050 mm length rules out the 1530 class even when the width fits.
- If a machine must be shipped in one piece, ask about the WT-3015S: it fits into a 20HQ container without being dismantled.
