Buying a machine this long is a site project as much as a purchase. Building length, foundation, crane access and the route in from the road all get checked before anyone argues about laser power. Not many shops need a 12 m bed, and that's fine. If most of your parts fit within 3050 mm, a long machine adds cost and building requirements for work you rarely do. How long is the working format of the WT-12025?
2550 × 12050 mm, short side first. If your longest part stays under 6050 mm, the WT-6025 may be enough, and it is easier to place.
What do I need to check in my workshop?
Building length, floor and foundation, access for delivery and lifting, power supply, and the space around the machine for handling. Send what you know, and we'll list what we still need to see.
Why is there no cutting thickness on this page?
The figures we hold for this model don't agree with each other, and a wrong number on a heavy machine costs real money. The thickness is confirmed per configuration in the quotation. A sample cut is the stronger evidence anyway.
Is it just a standard 3015 machine, only longer?
No. The format is far larger, the machine is fully enclosed, and the power range reaches 30,000 W. Compare the formats on the bed size guide.
Can I send a sample to be cut before I order?
Yes, we offer free proofing on request; the sample cutting page explains what to send. Very long parts are easier to settle if you tell us the length early.
